Mid-weeker Martin Kett produced an excellent performance to take the Gold Medal.

Recording a gross 92 off a 28 handicap, his nett 64 put him two shots clear of Nigel Warder and Terry Copping, both with 66.

SILVER MEDAL

The veterans were also successful in the Silver Medal with Alan Berry producing his usual steady round to brush aside the opposition and card a nett 71.

Hugh Brown’s 74 earned him the runner’s-up spot with Kevin Buck (75) in third place.
